TimiaAfrica’s dialogue at the Human Rights Festival 2026 will explore “Identity Crisis in Chaos”, creating a reflective and participatory space to examine how individuals and communities understand themselves amid social, political, and economic instability.Drawing on TimiaAfrica’s transformative mediation/peacebuilding approach, the dialogue will unpack how uncertainty can trigger internal and external conflict, fragment identities that strains social cohesion. This will offer an opportunity for growth, resilience, and collective re-imagining our lives. Through guided conversation, participants will be encouraged to reflect on personal and collective identities, listen to diverse perspectives, and explore practical ways of fostering dignity, inclusion, and empathy in times of disruption. This engagement will encourage active citizenry that will contribute to a meaningful realisation of how to navigate through chaos, human rights and social cohesion.

Come together for a special Peace Fundraiser featuring inspiring performances that celebrate unity and diversity. Let’s stand for social cohesion and raise funds to build conflict-free communities. Your presence and support can make a difference! Together, we can build bridges, heal divides, and foster lasting peace.
