An international business strategist in private, public and the non-profit sectors with focus on communication, media, ICT & health. She practices in commercial & family law; alternative dispute resolution: mediation, negotiation, community peace-building, human rights and gender matters.
With a M.Ed (Psych) in Sport Psychology, she provides teaching, coaching and research skills in Multiple Intelligence that focuses on Emotional, Spiritual, and 3Q Intelligence to the TimiaAfrica table. She is also a Board Member of the Asian Chapter of ICWCPA, World Council.
Having lived and worked in Africa and India for many years, Lynette adds knowledge and experience from areas of agriculture, human resources and as an international educator in HIV/Aids, an area where she fully understands the challenges of health in rural communities.
A sociologist, researcher and lecturer in industrial and economic sociology, with skills applied in numerous community projects. This experience in community research contributes to TimiaAfrica's Growth, Development and community Outreach programmes.

With his wealth of experience and knowledge; Orapeleng is instrumental in Timia-Africa’s conflict resolution, public relations and communications.
